The Taming of the Shrew Poster
The poster came from the long process of collecting, collaging, and experimenting with type form. From found images of old computers in the CSULB library, I used shapes and edges collected from different angles to create the letters that spell Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew. After finalizing each letter, I created a type poster to highlight the unique form of this type exploration through a 12-panel format.
